"As a graduate trainee at 3663 I was given lots of challenging and interesting projects to work on. Not only is the work varied, everybody is so friendly and helpful, and that makes working here so much fun. I started in the IT Department and then spent six months seconded to the Non-Inventory Buying Department. It was fantastic to be given the opportunity to work as part of another team for six months; it gave me a much broader knowledge of the business and I developed many useful skills, which I put into practice every day and which will stand me in great stead for the future.
