A range of communication methods are used in order to ensure that all environmentally related information reaches 3663 employees, who are based all over the UK.

These include:

A network of Sustainability Co-ordinators at each location who voluntarily assist with the EMS, promote recycling initiatives and get involved with developing procedures to control those activities which pose greatest environmental risk.

Regional Sustainability workshops, run by the Environmental Services Department annually in April.

A Sustainability Conference, held annually in October.

A company newsletter, circulated throughout the business each period which includes a dedicated ISO 14001 page.

Poster campaigns - to communicate information to all levels of the business.
