HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT

An effective health and safety management programme is in place with comprehensive policies and procedures covering all business risk to ensure that the right level of duty of care is provided for employees, contractors, customers and visitors to 3663. The Environmental Services Team consisting of trained safety professionals provide support and guidance to senior managers, directors and employees where required to monitor and review the Safety Management System.

The Health and Safety Manual, which is regularly reviewed to ensure continued compliance to all relevant legal and statutory requirements, is available at all locations throughout the company.

In addition, a Health and Safety Booklet has also been issued to all employees to ensure that everyone is aware of health and safety considerations and practices in the workplace and the communication network in place to deal with requests for information and advice.

Maintenance, service and inspection processes ensure that all plant and equipment are maintained in a safe condition. 3663’s commitment to safety is further demonstrated by a comprehensive range of training programmes including risk assessment, manual handling, display screen equipment assessment, racking repair and inspection and the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) Managing Safety and Safe Systems of Work.
